Today the international airport Ostafyevo has been reconstructed by GAZPROMAVIA from a small military terminal to meet the highest standard of aviation services. It provides aircraft flying on all internal routes with all services at arrival and departure. Ostafyevo is the nearest to Moscow airport.
The airport has qualified as “B” class and has been recognized to be fit for service of YAK-42, TU-134, IL-18, AN-12, AN-74, Falcon-900, AN-24, YAK-40 and other types of aircraft of III an IV categories and all types of helicopters during the whole year both night and day.
Runway: reinforced concrete runway - 2430 m long (it will be extended up to 2700 m) and 42 m wide,

- water supply from two artesian wells located in the territory of airport.

Operational mode of the airport: twenty- four hours. There is a lounge, VIP-lounge, refreshment galley and automated teller machine at the airport. The flights are served by points of border control, customs and veterinary control.
The air terminal is a modern building with the latest equipment for performing pre-flight and post-flight procedures, its capacity – 50 passengers per hour.
There is a heated storehouse having an area of 480 sq. m and a strong room having an area of 35 sq. m for valuable cargo.
